Self-Employed Groundworker – Sub-Contractor (NW1, 12 Weeks)
Self-employed groundworker needed for an approx. 12-week project in NW1, London. £300 per day, 8am–5pm Mon–Fri, paid weekly. Must be CIS self-employed with proof.
What you'll be doing
- Drainage, kerbing, slab-laying and concreting
- Setting out and working to levels from drawings
- General groundworks across the 12-week programme
- Keeping the work area clean, safe and to programme
What we're looking for
- Self-employed with proof of self-employment — UTR / CIS registration (Essential)
- Responsible for paying your own tax and National Insurance (Essential)
- Valid CSCS card (Essential)
- Groundworks experience and your own PPE
Bonus points for
- CPCS/NPORS dumper or roller ticket
- Drainage NVQ
- Own transport
