Site Manager – Residential (Permanent)
Permanent Site Manager to run a 120-unit residential development in Birmingham. Car allowance, bonus and clear progression.
What you'll be doing
- Day-to-day management of site operations and programme
- Health & safety leadership and toolbox talks
- Coordinating subcontractors and managing quality
- Reporting progress to the contracts manager
What we're looking for
- SMSTS (Essential)
- Valid CSCS (Black/Manager) card
- First Aid at Work
- 5+ years managing residential new-build
Bonus points for
- Degree/HNC in Construction
- NHBC experience
- Timber-frame delivery
